Our Story…
Our journey began during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. When our son was diagnosed with cancer, our family spent three long years navigating fear, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion. Although he is now healthy and thriving, the experience changed us forever. After years of stress and survival mode, we were craving peace. We moved our family to a quiet 40-acre slice of heaven in Mayville, Michigan, hoping to slow down, breathe deeply, and heal. Here, surrounded by open fields, flowers, and our tiny fluffy cows and fainting goats, we discovered something extraordinary.
These gentle animals brought us comfort, laughter, and a sense of calm we hadn’t felt in years.
Country Roads Farm was born from that healing. Today, we share this special place with other families so they, too, can experience the peace, joy, and meaningful memories that farm life can bring.
What We Do…
At Country Roads Farm, we raise beautiful mini cows and goats with one goal in mind: exceptional temperament. We believe the best animals are not only small and adorable, but also gentle, friendly, and safe for families and children. Our animals are handled daily, loved deeply, and selected for their sweet, cuddly personalities. Beyond breeding, we invite families to experience the same peace our animals brought to us through mini cow cuddles, flower subscriptions, U-pick blooms, seasonal festivals, workshops, and family-friendly farm experiences.
